About Our Layered Maps
Each layered map is built from multiple layers of Baltic birch, laser-cut to show roads, streets, and land features in precise detail. Blue acrylic and clear acrylic layers represent the water, creating a beautiful 3D effect with real depth.
Maps are available in 12x12" and 17x12" sizes. We focus on local Maryland areas — especially communities where we attend craft fairs and vendor events. Each map takes about 3 days to produce, including design, laser cutting, and hand assembly.
The community name is engraved in the corner of each frame, making these a perfect gift for anyone who loves their neighborhood.
How They're Made

Laser Cut
